Your role:
Ensure the seamless and professional operation of the entire process in the Operating Room (OR), encompassing a warm and hospitable reception of clients, instrumenting, assisting, and providing support during surgical procedures. In addition, your responsibilities include:

- Verifying the surgery program to ensure the presence of all necessary supplies (instrument sets, materials, and equipment), and confirming the completeness of client data/documents.
- Managing and checking the OR, preparing medical equipment according to quality and safety requirements.
- Ensuring the thorough disposal of all (used) materials and instruments in the operating department.
Your profile:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree obtained in an EU/EEA country.
- EU nationality.
- Preferably in possession of nursing specialist degree in surgery or has several years of proven experience in a surgical department.
- Strong work ethic, openness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A2/B1 level of English.
- Stress resistance, accuracy, adaptability, and a proactive approach are imperative.
Employment conditions
- Before obtaining the Dutch nursing registration, an initial gross annual salary starting approx. €27.348,00 (up until €39.312,00) based on 36 hours per week according to the Dutch Labor Agreement for Hospitals (CAO NVZ-FWG 35).
- After obtaining the Dutch nursing registration, an initial gross annual salary starting at approx. €33.984,00 (up until €45.888,00) based on 36 hours per week according to the Dutch Labor Agreement for Hospitals (CAO NVZ-FWG 45).
- 22.5 vacation days (based on a 36-hour work week).
